Melamine Crystal

Usually prepared by heating dicyandiamide under pressure An alternate method starts by first heating urea and ammonia and then the resulting mixture of ammonia and isocyanic acid reacts over a solid catalyst at about 752 °F (400 °C) to form melamine. Melamine is then purified by recrystallization from water. Used in organic synthesis, leather tanning, and melamine resins.

Ammonium Sulfate

Ammonium Carbonate
